Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received, with all original packaging and tags intact.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non – refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will issue a replacement or refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
